WINE NOTES

With its light golden color and rich, inviting nose of creamed butter and warm banana bread, this Chardonnay presents a comforting structure from the start. Neutral oak aging allows fresh brioche, melon, and ripe citrus notes to shine through, while still providing a smooth mouthfeel and subtle, almondy toast. Moderate minerality and clementine peel wrap the finish, suggesting this wine will continue to evolve and satisfy for several years.

When allowed to open up in the glass, the complexity of raspberry, blueberry and burnt sugar on the palate bring forth flavors reminiscent of a ruby port. Bright acidity, delicate tannins, and baked red fruit make this an extremely drinkable wine, yet it also exhibits a youthful and intricate profile, lending itself to gaining even more complexity in the years to come.
